Visit South Shields

Boxing day morning at the Littlehaven beach in South Shields saw over one hundred brave lads and lasses run into the freezing sea for charity.

And of course, the local South Shields Lifeguard were on hand to rescue anyone who got into trouble…

There were many people turned up in fancy dress and one brave soul in a tiny pair of swimming trunks. Actually it was more like a G-String. This brave guy can be seen on the video below. (Apologies for the poor quality)
